Exchange policy

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchange of any item that is unused, unwashed unworn, and undamaged and retaining the original tag Within 3 days from the day of delivery for a different size or style. 

Sale products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Reverse pickups are arranged by us with an additional charge of ₹100-₹200.

All returns will happen via Bank transfer which can take up to 15 working days.

In case of a defective product, we require videos or pictures of the parcel.

Once we receive it, it will undergo throw a quality inspection, If it passes through we will process the request.

 

Cancellation policy

No Cancellation will be accepted after 24 hours of order being placed
